Q. Can I rent on a month-to-month basis? 

A. Yes, we have a 30 day minimum and only require 30 days notice of departure in writing, either by fax or email. We understand your plans may not be definite when you begin the lease.

Q. What are the total fees? 
A. There is the first month rent plus security deposit fee. This is deposited in an interest-bearing account, according to NJ state regulations. This will be returned to you at the end of your lease. There is also a final cleaning fee based on size of the rental unit.

Q. Can I move in any time during the month? 
A. Yes, as long as we have a vacancy, you don’t need to wait for the 1st or 15th of the month. Any days beyond the initial 30 will be prorated.

Q. Do you allow pets? 
A. We do have some pet friendly units; however there is a $300 non-refundable fee for each pet. This is used towards thorough carpet and furniture cleaning after your departure.

Q. What is included in the furnished rental? 
A. Each uniquely furnished residence is completely and tastefully decorated including furniture, bed linens and towels. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee pot, plus all dishes, cutlery and cookware. A washer and dryer are located inside each rental unit. We also include an iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. All you need to bring is your suitcase.

Q. Are utilities included? 
A. Yes, all utilities are included, with a rare exception. Electricity, gas, water,  Cable TV service and wireless high speed internet access are also included. Some Premium channels can be added for an additional charge.

Q. What about phone service? 
A. As most people are comfortable using their cellular phones, it is not included, however we can arrange this for an additional fee.

Q. I am relocating to the area and my employer will be paying for the rental, can you bill them? 
A. Yes, of course. We work with many corporations and relocation companies and can invoice them as you direct.
